The present administration gives high priority on the improvement of the quality of health services of the people of Sablayan.  This year, the Local Government Unit appropriated fund for the purchase of X-ray machine and another ambulance. 

 Last year, the Municipal Health Center was  renovated and an expansion was made for the construction of laboratory  and  licensing  and  registration  of this is now  on process at the Department of Health.  With the new laboratory,  clients required for  laboratory examination will no longer go to Mamburao or San Jose.  Technical staff who will man the laboratory had already attended training for the management and operation of  the same.   The Local Government Unit of Sablayan also increased budget for the Botika ng Bayan to cater more indigent clients who could not afford to buy medicines.
